As stated on the Company’s websites and marketing materials, the Company guarantees that Registrants will be 100% satisfied with the Program should they attend the entire event. Satisfaction is defined as the Registrant’s belief that the Company is delivering on what was promised in promoting the Program. If Registrants are not satisfied within 15 days of the course starting and they notify the Company representatives via email or telephone, the Company will refund their tuition to the Program.
Note: A guarantee represents a promise about the quality of services delivered; if an Registrant never experienced the services (i.e. does not attend the Program), the guarantee obviously does not apply. Further, the guarantee cannot be substituted for or confused with the Cancellation Policy.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Registrant agrees that any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms will be resolved via non-binding mediation in the Province of British Columbia via a professional mediator obtained by the Company and if a successful mediation is not reached, to binding arbitration arbitrated in the Province of British Columbia in accordance with the policies set forth by the Canadian Arbitration Association. If any of these Terms are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then those unenforceable provisions will be considered severable from the remaining Terms, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.Updates
